This is my children’s test event that you can RSVP to.
The RSVP has a capacity of 50 people.
Registration starts 4-27 @ 8am and ends 5-29 at 5pm.
- When a person registers, they enter their name, email, and the number of registrants.
- They will receive an email with their registration.
- An upgraded($349/yr would cover all our pre-fab sites) version of the Events/RSVP plugin can allow for custom fields when registering, like phone number or Library Card number(although there is no authentication against Evergreen.)
- Registrations show up in a list in the dashboard for WordPress, where it displays the collected information(name, email, and any other info collected at registration)
- From the list of registrants, you can “check-in” people as they come to your event or afterwards, so you can keep a list of attendees.
